The Client

Mill Creek Town Center is a lifestyle shopping center located in the scenic city of Mill Creek, Washington. Nestled among nature trails and creeks, this outdoor mall has a park-like setting. With over 80 retail stores, boutiques, restaurants and services, Mill Creek Town Center required an online strategy that leveraged its surroundings, special events and social media to drive more traffic to its physical location.

The Work

Beginning with a strategy to build a new website that focused on all tenants of the shopping center, the goal was to build a hub for online promotions, allowing each merchant to promote socially to its distinct list, while also aggregating the whole audience. All content, photography and strategy was provided as well as overseeing video production for the Best Of series. Advertising design and social media training were also part of the package.
